New York Fashionistas

The fashion shows AW16 began with a cold snap during New York Fashion Week. Luckily, the usual fashionista suspects were ready with winter staples in spring pastels.

Fashion bloggers, Ania Boniecka and Tamu McPherson (All The Pretty Birds) certainly know how to colour coordinate with their coats.

Marc Jacobs and Lady Gaga

Celebrity guest appearances are becoming more and more popular. One that made plenty of headlines was Lady Gaga at Marc Jacobs.

There was so much to see with mega-platforms, fur sleeves and a pussy-bow blouse. What better muse or model for this line.

Adi Heyman

Founder of Fabologie (returns March 2016), Adi Heyman was seen in this fabulous mix of fabrics at NYFW. She layered leather and fur over a simple slip dress.

Plus, the beautiful vintage clothing touches complete the look.

The fashion weeks AW16 continued in London where Erdem showed this sparkly fashion trend is here to stay for another season. What a cape.

Anya Hindmarch

Meanwhile, Anya Hindmarch was all about playful statement pockets on her winter coats. Smiley faces and retro video game references were also spotted on the catwalk.

This egg-celent number, however, was a social media favourite.

Gareth Pugh

Gareth Pugh brought old Hollywood glamour and a touch of cowgirl chic to London Fashion Week AW16. Whereas, patriotism came in the form of their Queen's Guard hats.

A truly Transatlantic feast of vivid cuts and tailoring. It seems the pussy-bow is definitely on trend.

Vibrant bubblegum 'fros, sparkles and sequins galore went viral with the Ashish fashion show. The fun feminine fashion collection was a must-see this LFW.

Roberta Einer

Alongside runways there's a bevy of fashion showcases like the youthful line from Roberta Einer. This hand-embroidered dress and bomber jacket are so right now.

Rejina Pyo

This fashion month has seen more than fifty shades of silver. It is the hue to be cloaked in for 2016.

Rejina Pyo showed it in such wearable jackets as this space-age wonder as well as out of this world mini-skirts.

Carlotta Oddi and Chiara Totire

Now Milan Fashion Week is beginning as this month ends and there's plenty of street style inspiration to boot.

Anna Dello Russo's assistant, Carlotta Oddi shows shearling can warm up a bomber and is the perfect compliment to some seventies vibes. Whilst, stylist, Chiara Totire, proved military is standing strong for another year.
